Orchard development

Vanvasi communities are majorly dependent on agriculture. To improve their income from agriculture and to stop their migration to other states or areas for lively hood organization has started this program. Under this program farmers are supplied with good quality vegetable seeds and saplings of Teak, Mango, Cashew, Cane etc. so that a permanent financial source is developed for them. Since last five years this initiative is continued. As half of the cost of saplings is borne by farmers they take proper care for the survival of these saplings. Many farmers will get income out of this initiative and shall become self reliant in near future.
