Rakshabandhan
Raksha Bandhan today. By tying these threads of debt, we preserve the affection and warmth of the relationship. Many Balamitra friends have taken a vow to preserve the environment by tying rakhi to trees through the practice of Shabari Seva Samiti.

At the same time, 30/35 workers of Shabari went to villages and visited the homes of old, disabled, handicapped, mentally retarded and destitute persons and asked them with affection, tied rakhi to them and strengthened this relationship of debt. Just tying Rakhi will not solve the problem. As per Shabari's initiative, we have given everyone enough ration for 2 months. Every person's sorrow, pain and suffering are different. The one thread we feel in common is that of humanity thru sympathy.

Raksha Bandhan - This holy day of sisters-brothers, if we want to expand the scope of this supernatural relationship given by our great culture, let us look beyond our periphery. Countless unfortunate souls are hungry for care and love. Let's tie these sacred bracelets, silk threads in our hands. Let's really take up this festival to new different level.
